All customers using transfer, car rental, tour, and other tourism services offered by Baraka Travel Agency Çıralı are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions:
1. Reservation
Reservations are made based on the accuracy of the information provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for any problems arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
Reservations are finalized upon receipt of payment or prepayment.
2. Payment
Payment can be made using the methods specified during the reservation process.
Prepayment may be required for some services.
The remaining amount will be collected before the service begins or on the day of the service.
3. Cancellation and Changes
Cancellations and changes must be communicated as early as possible, but no later than 48 hours before the event.
Refund and cancellation conditions may vary depending on the service booked.
No refund may be given for last-minute cancellations or failure to participate in the service.
4. Transfer Services
The customer must be present at the specified time.
Flight information must be shared accurately.
Baraka Travel Agency Çıralı is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or force majeure.
5. Vehicle Rental
The vehicle may only be used by the drivers specified in the contract.
Traffic fines, fuel, highway and bridge tolls are the responsibility of the renter.
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when it was received.
6. Tours and Activities
Programs may be changed due to weather conditions or security reasons.
Compliance with the guide's safety rules is mandatory.
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.
7. Limitation of Liability
Baraka Travel Agency Çıralı is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, fires, wars, strikes, official decisions, transportation disruptions, and other force majeure events.
8. Privacy
Personal information belonging to customers is used only for reservation processes, legal obligations, and service provision. Information is processed in accordance with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data.
9. Legal Disputes
In case of disputes arising from these terms of use, the laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply.
The competent courts and enforcement offices are the courts of the place where Baraka Travel Agency Çıralı operates.
